Super slippery
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These booties are so warm and cozy! However, they have absolutely zero traction which makes them super scary to walk in if its wet or icy outside. The first time I wore these I slipped down several concrete steps holding my newborn because it was snowy and I didn’t expect these booties to be so slick… Baby was fine but my back was sore for days lol. Overall nice for being inside a tent or a short (DRY) walk around camp.

Perfect for cold floors
I bought these to keep my feet warm at home because I have poorly insulated oak floors. They work just fine and are noticeably toastier than my old down booties. Although they have no arch support, they are comfy because the soles seem to work like memory foam, adjusting to my feet. I selected "feels too small" for the sizing not because they are too small for me, but because they do seem to run a bit small--I wear size 5 1/2 shoe, and the XS fits me but is snug; someone who wears size 6 should probably buy the S.

Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a tendency to cold feet, I highly recommend these comfortable booties. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I would have preferred more grip on the soles. Actual rubber tread would have been awesome as I use these camping and being able to walk around camp without messing up the bottom of the booties would be nice.

Not warm :-(
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I had high hopes that these slippers would finally provide the warmth I've been looking for in a round-the-house slipper. But, no. My feet are no warmer than they are when I wear my $15 slippers from Kohl's. So back they go - and sadly, I have to pay the shipping to return them. This is my first order from BackCountry. I'm so used to Amazon but wanted to support non-Amazon businesses. Should have read the return policy. Now I remember why I seem to always go to Amazon first.
