Why We Like The Cascade 222 Stove
Coleman's Cascade 222 Stove is an updated version of the classic Cascade, keeping the same camp-cooking simplicity but improved portability and more traditional pan supports. With this two-burner stove in tow, our camp kitchen gets an upgrade that allows us to serve more than the usual instant ramen. Independent burners let us boil our noodles on one side and prep a spicy, veggie-packed broth on the other. And after dinner, the pan supports easily lift away to make breakdown and cleanup a breeze.

Best camp stove ever.
I have an earlier model of this stove.. now more than 25 years old. It’s 2 a burner, propane, with magneto ignition, green, metal, Coleman stove. This stove survived a vehicle fire that totaled our camper (the paint is half gone and the knobs are bubbly now) .. I had it on an extended canoe trip last week, connected to a bulk tank. It works like new, as it always has, year after year.. trip after trip.. Amazing!

East to use and good design
Love the smaller slicker design than our old one. Very easy to use.

Great camping stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Coleman Cascade stove is such a great camping stove! It has two burners, which is great for cooking both breakfast and heating up some coffee at the same time. I can't wait to bring this on our next camping trip!

Coleman Customer
It looks like a good product, We won’t be using it until next year. One thing I noticed was one of the burners wouldn’t ignite. The burner was slightly bent down one one side. I loosened the nut holding the burner and straighten it so the infighter would work. The other burner was bent a little also. That was a disappointment, it seams like a weak design the way they mount to the housing. It appears to work fine now, time will tell.

relatively light, small, but big cooking area
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is very nice, with both a cast iron grill and griddle. It's pretty big surface area to cook with, but the case to carry it doesn't seem too big at all. The controls were easy to use, and the metal seems pretty heavy-duty (but I haven't had the stove super long either). The wind guards protect the flame from going out too quick

Works Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Colman Cascade 222 stove to try. The stove is very easy to use. First you lift the top, and pull out a piece from the gas assembly and put in the right side. Then after you put in your propane tank you can turn it on. There are burners that would hold 2 medium size pans easily. The stove is compact, and very easy to take while traveling. This stove works great. It is perfect for camping trips, and great to have in case of an emergency.

2 thumbs up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grill is well made. I have only had it two weeks. My wife and I made breakfast on the porch with it. Lit up nicely. We had a breeze blowing through the porch the burners stayed lit. The new burner style allowed for nice settings of flame. Only complaint is adjustment knobs do not have any marks to have reference of Hi-Lo settings.

Convenient and durable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a camper and if I'm forced to do it, I want all the conveniences. This camp stove is big enough to put 2 saucepans on at the same time which makes things very easy when you want to cook sides while grilling. It's also super durable! It fell off the back of my husband's truck when we were unpacking. Never even used! But it worked great because the exterior is nice and solid! It's easy to set up, and easy to use. Cleaning is pretty simple too!

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to setup and use. Nothing difficult about getting this to work. This is a plus because when we go camping I don’t want to be struggling with setting up. It heats up nice and even. Love that it has two burners to cook more than one thing at a time.
